And I’ll be your facilitator and coach as you move toward secure attachment. In addition to my work as a coach, I’m also a psychotherapist in Ontario, CA specializing in somatic therapy, narcissistic abuse recovery, attachment wounds and repair, and couples counselling.

For many years, I showed up in relationships with anxious attachment. I was labeled “needy” or “too much,” felt guilty for setting boundaries, and found myself drawn to people who couldn’t meet me. Through years of training in attachment, trauma, and nervous system regulation, I’ve come to understand that attachment wounds aren’t fixed , they’re adaptive, and they can heal.

We can’t control how others show up. But we can learn to relate from a place of self-trust, emotional safety, and grounded connection, and that’s what this work is all about. This work won’t be a walk in the park, but it’s worth it!

How Do Attachment Wounds Affect You and Your Relationships?

When our early emotional needs go unmet, through inconsistency, neglect, control, or abandonment, we often carry those wounds into adulthood. These attachment injuries shape how we connect, protect, and relate to others… and to ourselves.

You might notice it in ways like:

  • Feeling anxious, clingy, or fearful of being “too much”

  • Shutting down or avoiding closeness to feel safe

  • Attracting unavailable or emotionally reactive partners

  • People-pleasing, over-giving, or struggling to say no

  • Constantly second-guessing your worth or your needs

  • Feeling “too sensitive” or emotionally reactive in relationships

These patterns aren’t flaws. They’re adaptive responses your nervous system learned to survive disconnection. The good news? You can rewire them.

In this program, you’ll gently explore these patterns, learn what shaped them, and develop the tools to build secure, connected relationships, starting with the one you have with yourself.

Group Coaching Details

Our small-group coaching programs combine trauma-informed psychoeducation, real-time coaching, and a supportive space to connect with others on similar paths. You'll gain clarity, confidence, and tools while being reminded you’re not alone, all in a group of no more than 10 members at a time.

6-Week Group Coaching Program

Focus: Building awareness, self-regulation, and relational repair in a shared healing space
Ideal for: Clients looking for support, education, and guided transformation in a group setting

Week 1: Attachment Styles & Safety in the Body

Theme: Why I Relate the Way I Do

  • Understanding attachment wounds

  • Introduction to somatic awareness

  • Identifying triggers + patterns

  • Relationship Pattern Mapping exercise

  • Identify: pursue / withdraw / shut down cycles

Week 2: Relationship Triggers & Nervous System Responses

Theme: “It’s Not Just You — It’s Your Body”

  • Naming relational patterns

  • Polyvagal basics - Fight / flight / freeze / fawn

  • Why logic doesn’t work in triggers

  • Body tracking (Somatic Experiencing inspired)

  • Trigger → body → reaction mapping

  • Group discussion + 3 regulation tools

Week 3: Boundaries & Emotional Needs

Theme: “How to Stay Open Without Losing Myself”

  • Learning to express needs clearly; Boundaries vs walls

  • Practicing boundary-setting and assertiveness

  • Processing discomfort that follows

Week 4: Self-Abandonment & Reconnection

Theme: “Doing Relationships Differently”

  • How to respond instead of react

  • Rupture & repair

  • Communicating needs safely

  • “Trigger → New Response Plan”

  • Communication framework (simple + repeatable)

  • How/why we abandon ourselves to stay attached

  • Tools for self-repair + inner reconnection

Week 5: Reparenting & Self-Compassion in Real Time

  • Inner child healing practices

  • Witnessing others and being witnessed
