Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coaching
No, it’s not your fault. Yes, you can move on.
Healing from narcissistic abuse isn’t just about leaving the relationship — it’s about finding your way back to yourself. After enduring manipulation, gaslighting, or emotional neglect, your nervous system can stay in survival mode — hypervigilant, shut down, or doubting your own reality.
The Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Program is a trauma-informed somatic coaching experience designed to help you understand your nervous system, rebuild safety and trust within yourself, and reconnect with your authentic identity.
Through guided education, somatic practices, and supportive integration, you’ll learn how to release survival patterns, regulate your body, and move from confusion and self-doubt toward clarity, calm, and confidence.
A Guided Path Back to Yourself
No matter where you are in your healing journey — beginning to understand your patterns or ready to dive deeper into nervous system repair and boundaries — this program meets you with compassion and clarity.
With group coaching options designed for different learning styles, budgets, and needs, you’ll find the support that feels right for you.
Hi, I'm Vrushalee.
I’ll be your facilitator and coach as you move toward self-trust and recovery from narcissistic abuse. Alongside this work, I’m also a psychotherapist in Ontario, Canada, specializing in narcissistic abuse recovery.
Like many of you, I have also experienced the down and ugly side of being in a narcissistic abusive relationship. I understand your pain and your sadness. Through years of training in narcissistic abuse recovery, trauma, and personality disorders, and through my own healing, I created this program to help you so you are not alone.
We can’t control how others show up, but we can learn to show up differently — from a place of self-trust, emotional safety, and grounded connection.
You are not broken — you’re healing. This program helps your body and mind finally catch up to that truth.
During and after narcissistic or relational abuse, your body doesn’t just remember — it adapts. You may find yourself constantly anxious, walking on eggshells, second-guessing yourself, or shutting down when faced with conflict. These aren’t character flaws — they’re your nervous system’s way of protecting you from further harm.
Narcissistic abuse keeps your body stuck in survival mode — toggling between fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. Even after leaving the relationship, your system may still sense danger, making it hard to relax, trust, or feel safe in your own body.
That’s why nervous system regulation , boundaries setting, and self-love and trust is at the heart of recovery. Healing isn’t just about understanding what happened — it’s about helping your body and mind know that it’s over.
Here’s how this program will help you:
Mental & Emotional Health
A regulated nervous system improves your ability to manage anxiety, depression, and emotional highs and lows. Instead of reacting impulsively or shutting down, you begin to notice what’s happening in your body and respond with intention. It supports clearer thinking, better sleep, and greater emotional awareness.
Stronger Relationships
When your body feels safe, you can show up more fully in your relationships. You’re better able to set boundaries without fear, stay connected during conflict, and express your needs without guilt or collapse. Regulation helps repair attachment wounds and supports healthier relational dynamics.
Trauma Healing
Talk therapy is valuable, but trauma lives in the body. If your nervous system still perceives danger — even in safe situations — healing can feel stuck. Somatic and nervous system work helps your body learn that it’s safe now, allowing deeper emotional healing to take root.
Physical Well-being
Chronic dysregulation can contribute to fatigue, inflammation, tension, digestive issues, and immune dysfunction. Regulation brings the body out of survival mode, supporting better overall health and energy.
Breaking Old Patterns
Unhealed stress responses often keep us repeating patterns — staying in toxic relationships, people-pleasing, or avoiding conflict. Nervous system regulation creates space to pause, reflect, and choose differently — not just react.

Yes, many people find that somatic coaching complements therapy beautifully. If you’re currently in therapy, you can discuss this program with your therapist to ensure it aligns with your goals.
-
Perhaps. And maybe not everyone will and that’s okay. While emotional releases can happen, the goal isn’t to force or chase a big breakthrough. The focus is on gentle, sustainable regulation and helping your body feel safe enough to release tension naturally over time. The idea is to let your body guide you.
-
While every person’s journey is unique, many participants report feeling calmer, more grounded, less reactive, and more connected to themselves and others. Effectiveness is also dependent on how often you are putting the skills into practice.
