Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coaching
No, it’s not your fault. Yes, you can move on.
Healing from narcissistic abuse isn’t just about leaving the relationship — it’s about finding your way back to yourself. After enduring manipulation, gaslighting, or emotional neglect, your nervous system can stay in survival mode — hypervigilant, shut down, or doubting your own reality.
The Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Program is a trauma-informed somatic coaching experience designed to help you understand your nervous system, rebuild safety and trust within yourself, and reconnect with your authentic identity.
Through guided education, somatic practices, and supportive integration, you’ll learn how to release survival patterns, regulate your body, and move from confusion and self-doubt toward clarity, calm, and confidence.
A Guided Path Back to Yourself
No matter where you are in your healing journey — beginning to understand your patterns or ready to dive deeper into nervous system repair and boundaries — this program meets you with compassion and clarity.
With group coaching options designed for different learning styles, budgets, and needs, you’ll find the support that feels right for you.
Hi, I'm Vrushalee.
I’ll be your facilitator and coach as you move toward self-trust and recovery from narcissistic abuse. Alongside this work, I’m also a psychotherapist in Ontario, Canada, specializing in narcissistic abuse recovery.
Like many of you, I have also experienced the down and ugly side of being in a narcissistic abusive relationship. I understand your pain and your sadness. Through years of training in narcissistic abuse recovery, trauma, and personality disorders, and through my own healing, I created this program to help you so you are not alone.
We can’t control how others show up, but we can learn to show up differently — from a place of self-trust, emotional safety, and grounded connection.
You are not broken — you’re healing. This program helps your body and mind finally catch up to that truth.
During and after narcissistic or relational abuse, your body doesn’t just remember — it adapts. You may find yourself constantly anxious, walking on eggshells, second-guessing yourself, or shutting down when faced with conflict. These aren’t character flaws — they’re your nervous system’s way of protecting you from further harm.
Narcissistic abuse keeps your body stuck in survival mode — toggling between fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. Even after leaving the relationship, your system may still sense danger, making it hard to relax, trust, or feel safe in your own body.
That’s why nervous system regulation , boundaries setting, and self-love and trust is at the heart of recovery. Healing isn’t just about understanding what happened — it’s about helping your body and mind know that it’s over.
How Narcissistic Abuse Hijacks Your Nervous System
Narcissistic abuse doesn’t just harm your emotions, it hijacks your entire body. Constant gaslighting, criticism, and manipulation activate chronic fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses. Over time, this dysregulation reshapes your biology and drains your capacity to feel safe, think clearly, and make decisions.
You may recognize this in your body as:
Chronic fatigue or adrenal burnout
Digestive issues (IBS, nausea, bloating)
Migraines or tension headaches
Sleep disturbances or night sweats
Muscle tension and inflammation
Hormonal imbalances or menstrual irregularities
Brain fog, memory lapses, or emotional numbness
This program helps you retrain your nervous system, not just your mindset, reconnecting your body’s sense of safety, agency, and peace.
Who This Program Is For:
You are or have been in a relationship with a narcissistic partner or parent or sibling.
You feel that you need the other person to survive and the love feels like an addiction.
Your relationship feels unpredictable.
You feel anxious, hypervigilant, or emotionally reactive
You’ve been gaslit, manipulated, and faced anger and isolation.
You struggle with setting boundaries and saying no without guilt.
You are co-parenting with a narcissist and worry about your child’s general safety.
By the End of the Program, You Will…
Understand how narcissistic abuse has shaped your emotional patterns, identity, and nervous system.
Learn practical tools to calm your body in the face of triggers, not just in the absence of them
Process residual anger, resentment, grief, and sadness with structured techniques for emotional release.
Reconnect with your authentic self, the one that existed before gaslighting and invalidation.
Build a foundation of self-validation, emotional regulation, and boundary confidence.
By the end of eight weeks, you’ll feel more regulated, resilient, and reconnected, no longer living by the emotional temperature of others, but by your own truth.
"Thank you so much for creating this program! After feeling weak for a long time, being with all the strong people taught me I am strong as well…”
– D.S.
"I appreciate your guidance on recovering from narcissistic abuse. I didn’t think I needed this until I saw the change in myself after the program."
– M.J.

The length of coaching depends on your goals and where you are in your recovery journey. Some clients benefit from short-term support (4–6 sessions), while others prefer ongoing guidance as they rebuild and grow.
